What we collect

• Enquiry details — your name, email, phone, event date, venue and any message you send us.
• Event photos — images and videos of guests captured by the booth at your event.
• Basic site analytics — anonymous usage data if analytics is enabled.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.
• To deliver your event photos and host your private online gallery.
• To improve our service and, only with consent, for our own promotion.

Event photos & galleries

• Guests consent to being photographed by using the booth.
• Your online gallery is private and typically available for about 30 days, after which it may be removed.
• We will not sell your photos. We only feature images publicly with the booking client's consent, and will remove any image on reasonable request.

Sharing & storage

• We use trusted third-party services (e.g. form delivery, gallery hosting) that process data on our behalf.
• We keep your information only as long as needed for the booking and our legal obligations.

Your rights

• You can ask to access or correct your information, or have photos of you removed, at any time.
